We had a familiar face visit us on the week of July 30, a lady by the name of Carolyn Tuckwell. Carolyn gave us the latest update on the progress of the Boys & Girls Club and was happy to report that they have seen a growth in the number of youths visiting the complex. She was also happy to note that with the original pebble cast into the pond by our Rotary Club, the Blue Jays have came on board a number of times to support the fundraising arm of the project. Just shows, light a candle and people get to see you.
