Bob Groeneveld

Our speaker this week was a past member of the club and he came to talk about his many years in the newspaper business. I recall him saying he had chalked up 30 plus years in the business. I for one have always enjoyed Bob's slant on the local news, some funny some serious.

Today he talked about the future of the hard print version as opposed to the electronic format. Maybe in the not to far future there will be no choice but for now there is and I know which I prefer.

Bob gave his talk in a story format and he was never short of a good laugh. Thanks Bob for the entertainment, your stories are as good now, as they were in the past.
