Bill's I.D.Talk

Interesting talk from one of our members today. Bill Robson gave his I.D.Talk on where he came from and his life in general. Spoke not in the capacity of District Governor but as one of members of the club. We have had some very interesting talks overtime and it's nice to hear where and how people landed to where they are now and the journey getting here. Bill it seems was determined not to go into the coal mines and I can identify with that as we both grew up within the same area and around the same time.

He talked about his family all being coal miners and he was to take a new direction in the banking world. He also spoke about the much traveling he has done, first in the banking world and then with Rotary. He can honestly say "I'v been everywhere man, I've been every where," I'm sure theres a song named after him. He was born in Hartlepool and that was within 25 miles of where I came from. Thanks for the talk Bill, seems we all know you a little better than before..
