THIS WEEK'S PROGRAM: County Judge Nicklas to speak

Palo Pinto County Judge David Nicklas is scheduled to visit Rotary Club of Mineral Wells for this week's regular Wednesday meeting to talk about the county's efforts to implement full-time 911 EMS service in the county, and possibly touch on other areas of county government and business.
