Program: County Judge David Nicklas

Last October Palo Pinto County Judge David Nicklas visited Rotary to discuss an ESD No. 1 sales tax election. This Wednesday, he will return to talk about the latest developments that include a petition to create ESD No. 4 on the east side of Possum Kingdom Lake and how it could impact the county's current 911 EMS contract and service.
