Membership Committee: - Responsible for new member recruitment. Identifies candidates for membership and then assists them through the Red Bage program.

Attendance: - Maintains and reports club attendance.

Public Image: - Supports and encourages positive community exposure of Los Altos Rotary to enhance membership recruitment, fundraising, volunteerism, and the interest of potential members.

Mentoring: - Acts as a welcoming, informative, helpful guide to any LARC member who desires a better connection to the club.

Orientation: - Prepares the information packet to be covered in new-member Orientation sessions.

Red Badge Committee: - Follows up on the progress of each Red Badge member in the effort to achieve their Blue Badge. Coordinates meetings to acquaint Red Badgers with Rotary further. Oversees Red Badge philanthropic activity and projects. Coordinates activities with the new member and their sponsor to ensure reasonable progress.
