Happy Memorial Day!! The next Rotary Toastmasters Meeting is coming up on Thursday at 7:00pm. We invite anyone wanting to learn more about Toastmasters to attend the meeting. Here is information needed to join the meeting. We will have a presentation about the Toastmasters Pathways Program and our Coaching/Mentoring Program. We hope you can join us.

We have a special guest, Timothy Carlisle, joining us for this upcoming meeting.
He is a Club Growth Director/ Program Quality Director of Toastmasters International (TMI) Director 4. He will take us on a deep dive into Pathway.
If I may briefly explain Pathway:
Pathway is online learning platform. It is computer-based learning tracking approach, which is TMI's effort to meet our modern technology lifestyle.
It has clear track of growth by allowing the learner to complete each step. When you finish all given steps, you receive a certification for the particular skill you are studying.
You get to select the learning Path you are interested in and you get to do with your own speed. Hence the name pathway!
There are 11 paths for members to choose from, including Dynamic Leadership, Innovative Planning, and Presentation Mastery. Each path offers 5 levels of increasing difficulty to help members reach competency in their chosen path.
We have five experianced coaches and mentors. We will also have a discussion at this meeting about arranging for coaching and mentoring as desired by members.
