Frank Weber, Clinical Director of CORE Professional Service PA, will be the guest speaker of September 5th. 

Mr. Weber is a forensic psychologist who performs psychological assessments in homicide, sexual assault and domestic assault cases, as well as performing general mental health assessments.  He has written a training guide on 32 different mental health disorders that is accredited by the Minnesota Board of Psychologists for training therapists.  In addition, he has written and published 7 treatment workbooks, and directs the largest outpatient sex offender treatment program in the state.  He has been the recipient of the President’s Award by the MN Correctional Association and in 2017 an award for excellence in supervision from Human Services at St. Cloud State University. Frank has recently written a murder mystery, Murder Book, which was recommended by a speaker last week on MPR and is receiving great reviews on Amazon.
