Today our speaker was Captain Lynn Rippelmeyer. She talked about her struggles to become a female pilot. She is the first woman pilot to fly a 747! She beat all the obstacles. Thank you Captain Lynn Ripplemeyer for sharing your story. It was a pleasure meeting you.
05/10/2023 Club Assembly
A fantastic meeting with lots of discussion about upcoming service projects. We also heard from Jeanne with the Tomball Little League and their needs for our local ballfields.
05/16/2023 Mel's Benefit at Sawyer Park
We had a great time cooking for this amazing benefit for our friends at Mel’s Country Cafe! Thank you to everyone who came out to support them!
We love serving our community and are happy we could help one of our Tomball businesses in their time if need!

This week we were visited by Sally Moore. Sally is a local business owner who came by to talk to the club about glass blowing and all the artwork created at her gallery and the process of making beautiful objects to display!
We got lazy and forgot to take pictures! Must have been an awesome meeting!

So excited to Dena Fisk from the Worklife Institute to discuss their Veteran Transition Program. Making the move from the military to civilian life is a big move for some and they help make life easier for those entering a new chapter in their life. We were also happy to induct two new members to the club!
