Ed Webster (left photo) was a founding member of the Sharpstown Rotary Club. He was one of the original Home Builders in the Sharpstown area. He saw a need for skilled labor in the building industry and provided seed money to start funding scholarships for students who went to Trade Schools. The Program has since expanded to other vocational curriculum at various technical schools.
The Club continues to fund the Program with "Good News" weekly contributions affording members and guests an opportunity to 'boast, roast or toast'!
Young men and women are invited to apply for scholarships through their school.
