September is Basic Education and Literacy Month! Kids are back to school and we are planning our October Literacy Project at Neff Early Learning Center. This is our major Service Project for the Sharpstown Community. Contact Jon to see how you can make a difference.
COLLABORATIVE MEETING
We will join the Bellaire and Memorial - Spring Branch Clubs for a great meeting with District Governor, Camille Hamilton. She will inspire us for the upcoming months in the SPICE of District 5890.

FLAG FUNDRAISER
Rex has taken the lead with our Sharpstown HS Interact Club and several members came with Advisors Chief Eric Cano, Yocelin Benjume and Riedman Sagastume to install 126 U.S. flags on Bellaire Boulevard. The flags will be up for Labor Day through 9/11. Thanks to Yunchiu for organizing our Rotarians for this essential Club project!
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
Saleem is Creating Lasting Impact in Pakistan this month. With our Club’s help he will be bringing hope to many in the orphanages and homes for the elderly. His videos of all the service he is providing will have us all inspired!
