Once a year thousands of volunteers gather along the Texas waterways to do their part cleaning up the environment. These volunteers participate in the largest statewide event of its type to educate the public about the importance of our water resources. Unless weather conditions are severe, Trash Bash occurs rain or shine, usually late February or early March. And there to contribute on the Seabrook side of the Clear Creek Channel is the Seabrook Rotary Club’s renowned cooking team.

A good excuse is all we need to break out the Seabrook Rotary grill; and this is certainly a good one!
