The Seabrook Rotary divides its time and resources amongst four Avenues of Service: Education, Community, International and New Generations. Some of these projects, recur year-after-year while others arise as circumstances dictate.

Education generally garners the largest share, our objective being to identify substantive needs or opportunities throughout the CCISD District which would not otherwise be possible without our assistance.

Community and Humanitarian initiatives vary greatly from year-to-year, particularly in response to natural disasters. The destructive legacy of Hurricane Harvey is a perfect example. Still, there are those programs like “Clothes for Kids” that seem always to be in need.

International Initiatives are recognized by just about all 34,000 Rotary Clubs around the world. And no surprise, either, given that mankind’s needs for assistance are seemingly endless. All the more reason why Seabrook Rotary is focused, yet judicious with the allocation of its limited resources.

New Generations is a special category set aside specifically to help develop the character, confidence, charity and leadership skills of youngsters, from early childhood through college-level.
