We were honored to spend time with our dear Fort Bend County Clerk, Laura Richard, as she walked us through a day in the life of her office. Laura, thank you for taking the time to join us for lunch and for giving us an inside look at the vital work you and your team do for our community every single day. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful.
We also had the pleasure of welcoming Teresa Oliveras from TOM Help Center here in Rosenberg. We were proud to support again their efforts with a donation as they focus this Easter on helping homeless children living in seven local motels in our community. These children face many challenges, and often miss out on moments of joy that many of us take for granted.
This year, the goal on Friday April 18th is to provide 110 Easter baskets filled with treats, toys, and essential items to bring smiles and hope to these young hearts. Every little bit helps, and we are incredibly thankful to our generous sponsors and donors whose contributions at our annual fundraisers make it possible to be a light in someone else’s life.
Thank you all for being part of a community that cares!
