The Rotary Club of Highlands was recently recognized as the Number One Club in RI District 5890 in donations per capita to the Rotary Foundation's Annual Program Fund
2006 - 2007 totals averaged $383.79 per member.
D5890 PDG Suzi Howe presented the award to Past President Johnny Gaeke and also noted that this average was also #2 in the World
