Wharton - El Campo Joint Meeting

Today was the annual joint meeting with the Rotary Club of Wharton. Good food and fellowship was shared by all! Police Chief Terry Stanphill gave an update on the Public Safety Building and the upcoming Trunk-or-Treat event. Community Services Officer Mark Biskup discussed National Night Out and the Drug Take-Back Program. Matt Sweeney, the Co-President of Wharton Rotary, talked about events happening in their club, such as their recent 2016 Rotary Gala. El Campo Museum Director Cheri McGuirk discussed the upcoming Run Wild 5K Fun Run on October 1st.
