Kelly Waters, ECISD Superintendent, gave a "State of the District" presentation to the club today. She was assisted by Ed Erwin, School Board Member, and Demetric Wells, ECHS Principal. They covered the new district/school rating system for the State of Texas, the high school certification program for technical studies/trades, and a district facility assessment.
