38th El Campo Rotary Fund-Raiser

It is official... Rotary Club of El Campo has selected Thursday, March 8 as the date for our 38th Annual Fund-Raiser. 
To be held at the El Campo Civic Center, this year's event is dedicated to honor long-time Rotarian Fred Prihoda.
One big change is the recipient. 
El Campo was virtually unscathed by the effects of Hurricane Harvey and the subsequent floods. Our brothers and sisters in Wharton and the surrounding areas were not so lucky. With that in mind, our Club enthusiastically decided to earmark this year’s fund-raiser to help with the recovery of those affected by that devastation – county-wide.
The Wharton County Recovery Team will be the primary recipient of this year’s fund-raiser proceeds. The Wharton Rotary Club will also be joining in this monumental effort.
Our club will also continue sponsoring our annual projects, including EarlyAct and Interact programs in El Campo ISD; El Campo Heritage Center, The Crisis Center, Boys & Girls Club, scholarships for ECISD graduates and many, many others. And will resume our commitment to the El Campo Memorial Hospital’s Expansion Project next year..
