--Note from the Satellite Club--
Who doesn’t love a good walk in the park?  To celebrate Earth Day, the Satellite Club is organizing their semi-annual park clean ups of the two parks that they have adopted. They are looking for about 10 volunteers to join them on Saturday, April 23rd at 10AM. They expect to finish no later than 12PM. Park #1 is Cavendish Park and the meeting spot will be Cavendish at Walnut. Park #2 is Lorne Avenue Park and the meeting spot will be Lorne Ave at English St.  Both parks are quite flat and aren’t too big.  Garbage bags and gloves will be provided to all volunteers. Hopefully it doesn’t rain, but if it does, a rain date will be announced at a later time. If you are interested to please complete the sign up form here:  https://forms.gle/5u3MnWjxVQpkCvZu7 /  This will allow the club to know how many people to expect and at which location.  Thank you and see you at the park!

Many of you have asked how you can assist Ukraine.  Here are a few options:
--Note from Randy Harden--
The Rotary Club of London is participating in the 2022-23 Rotary Youth Exchange Program. We are in need of a host family for our inbound student from Switzerland Nanda Jurt. We require 3 families (Sept -Dec, Jan -April, April- mid July). I am happy to report that Club member Ian Davies and family will host Nanda Sep.-Dec. and Harry Joosten and family will host Nanda Jan-April. We are actively looking for a host family to host Nanda in April-mid July. Hosting an exchange student is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for all family members. Please contact Randy Harden (YEO) randy.harden@gmail.com if you, or if you know someone who would like to host our inbound student. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about this important Rotary program.
