Our Scholarship Winners!

Through fundraising, our Club raised money to award three $1000 scholarships to Senior Interact members from Langham Creek High School and Cy-Ridge High School. The applicants had to submit an essay detailing their experience in Interact and how the Rotary's 4-Way Test had impacted their lives.  This year's recipients are: Michael Gin (Langham Creek HS), Brian Yeung (Langham Creek HS), and Yumna Siddiqui (Cy-Ridge HS). These students, along with Langham Creek's Interact Club President Jesal Shah attended our lunch meeting on Thursday, June 02, 2011.  Jim Baker and Wayne Baumier introduced the students and awarded them with their prize checks.  They are ALL winners!
