Nancy Hess, an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren, has been involved in refugee resettlement for decades. Along with her church, she has sponsored some of the Lost Boys from Sudan, and more recently an Afghan family. she will explain the process whereby refugees apply to enter the US and how organizations work to make them productive members of society.
