Wayzata High School seniors can apply for a WMEF scholarship directly through WHS College Career Center. The school will send a packet of information for the local scholarships in mid-December and seniors will have until late January to apply for these scholarships. Students will be notified via email when the local scholarship packet is available. All students who are selected to receive local scholarships will be awarded at the Senior Awards Night in May.

The WHS Scholarship Committee is responsible for selecting scholarship recipients. Our Club has a voice in recipient selection but not a final vote. The Committee consists of a teacher from each of the core disciplines at the school, one counselor and one administrator. Students are evaluated on their academic merits and achievements and their service experiences in the community and elsewhere. Any Wayzata High School senior is eligible.
