President Elect, Hope Schroeppel Asks..."Why do you donate?"
Mark Lauffenburger shared why he gives. At first, he did because it was what the "club did." As time progressed, his thoughts evolved from doing a thing, to becoming grateful for what he has and now wants to give back. He shared that as a Rotary member, it makes him proud to share and know that Rotary is a very lean organization and 91% of donated funds that come in are given back to the communities. This is something to be proud of - we give, and we care.
