Minnesota hockey great Tom Chorske was our featured speaker. Tom was the first ever Mr. Hockey in Minnesota, went on to play for the Gophers, and had a terrific 10 year NHL career that included a Stanley Cup while he was with the New Jersey Nets. He currently works as a Wild sportscaster and for Computer Forensic Services, where he supports police and corporate clients in discovering and pursuing intellectual property theft, and credit card and employee theft. Tom's view of winning organizations, whether they are on the ice or in business, is that strategy, tactics, and executional abilities are all important. The difference between the winners and those that struggle is the culture of the team. To win, a team must share values, trust, and cooperation. A winning team looks like an environment of sharing and inclusion, while losing teams present cliques, silos, and separateness. Thanks Bob and Tom for a terrific program!
