"Everyone communicates but few connect" was the lead off to a very informative, fun, and interactive meeting. Mark Lauffenburger hosted Jason who shared how it is critical to improve listening skills to help shift your interactions to connections.Areas of focus:

Success is a a make up of 15% product/process knowledge and 85% of people knowledge! He left members with in important tip when talking with someone: Permit the pause. Wait at least 3 seconds before speaking and see what happens!
