During growth spurts - kids need to rest and learn how their body responds after growing 6-8 inches in a few months."Pat answered questions from members after giving an overview of the Wayzata program, highlighting that his coaching and athletes all follow the "Wayzata Way" and the message that not all kids need to be on the top tier teams. Wayzata Hockey focuses on the lower level tiers (Wayzata Junior Gold) as well as the top tier teams.
