While there are endless models and ways of characterizing leadership, they all share a core competency of being able to motivate. The best leaders motivate through inspiration. They drive results by helping team members blend individual and organizational purpose in a balanced way.

 

We’ll dig deeper together as a club to think differently about ourselves and in turn those we lead. Simple, easy to remember concepts paired with lots of paired breakout exercises will allow you to immediately apply the learning.

 

In three short sessions, you will head out for summer break knowing more about what motivates you and in turn how to better engage and motivate those you serve and lead. Get ready to have some fun!

Dan Neitz is a local professional known for his deep listening and unique way of helping clients connect the dots. Dan’s firm COR (which is latin for heart) provides speaking, facilitation and coaching services to individuals and organizations. His ability to help clients think differently is fueled by a background that includes a masters in counseling psychology, a bachelors in mechanical engineering, an MBA,  20 years of technical sales, a near death experience in 2015 and becoming a kidney donor in 2020. Active in our community at both local and state levels, He loves to serve and especially through mentoring. Lastly, Dan lives in Plymouth with his wife, two daughters and their dog Yoshi.
