 | Since 2017, these are just a few of Lauren's responsibilities as the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild ED: -Oversee all day-to-day operations including budget management and forecasting, accounting, insurance, taxes, lease/rent - Manage a full-time staff of two - Oversee and execute five major events per year including three beer festivals, a professional beer competition, and an exhibit at the MN State Fair - Execute board strategy & strategic plan initiatives - Manage annual advocacy efforts including lobbying contract, legislative agenda, marketing, and budget - Maintain a membership of more than 150 breweries and 60+ allied trade organizations - Implement new programs & revenue-generating projects - Form and maintain important industry partnerships - Collaborate with other Guild leaders nationally - Oversee and implement educational programming - Monitor and guide association committees - Oversee and implement major marketing and communications programs | |
