Reminder to Members - Community Grants Need You!
A reminder that raffle tickets will be handed out at the meeting this week. Each member is strongly encouraged to sell 10 tickets or donate $200 to the Community Grants Foundation. Without member donations, we will have to reduce the amount of grants we are able to give. This year, there are 3 prizes that can be won! The winning ticket will be drawn at the Car Show on September 29, so get your tickets in so you are entered into the drawing!
Prize Overview:
1st Place Prize: 2018 Yamaha XMAX Scooter or $4,000 Cash
2nd Place Prize: $1,000
3rd Place Prize: $400
As an added bonus this year, one voucher, valued at $10.00 to Wayzata Bay Car Wash , will included with the raffle tickets sold at the Rotary Booth, and members have a chance to win 5 vouchers! Below are the parameters:
1. When selling tickets at JJH Days or the Car Show, all ticket sales to non-members will receive a voucher for a car wash. This is to make the $20 more enticing as the value of a car wash is $10.00.
2. For members who sell 10 tickets, either to themselves or to others, they will be entered into a drawing to win 5 vouchers. (Each member is eligible only for 1 chance).
3. For the member who sells the most tickets after the "required" 10, they will win 5 vouchers.
