Resuming In-Person Meetings Delayed
The WRC Board met on July 8 and discussed returning to the Club for in person meetings. It was felt by most board members that September would be the earliest date for resuming in-person meetings. However, WRC will try to organize one in-person gathering per month that will allow for social distancing and fellowship. For July and August, see below:
July 15, 2020: Meeting on the Lawn with Helping Paws
August 5, 2020: Adopt-a-Highway Service Project. Lunch time service project.
With this decision, Shelley will do the quarterly billing the same way as last month and only charge members for dues and charge back any lunch expenses incurred.
The board will be revisiting resuming in-person meetings at the August meeting and update members.
