LX Medical is working with Quest Diagnostics to continue to provide AT-HOME blood based antibody testing for COVID-19. Quest Diagnostics’ test ONLY looks for the long term COVID-19 antibody. This takes at least 2-weeks for your body to develop post-exposure. So, everyone we are testing needs to EITHER be greater than 2 weeks from the start of concerning illness, or be looking to see if they may have been exposed and recovered without symptoms.
HOW DO I GET MY ANTIBODY TEST?
LX Medical offers three options for COVID-19 antibody testing.
- Concierge Medical Membership Pricing - Being an LX Medical Member comes with top priority service, waived convenience fees for in-home concierge medical care, and many discounts including on the COVID-19 testing. You can learn more about our concierge and executive medical membership here.
Our goal as your concierge medical team is to keep you and your family out of the clinic/hospital to the best of our abilities. We will maximize your quality, access, and convenience when it comes to healthcare. If you’d like to speak with one of our team members directly about our memberships, let us know via email and our membership director will reach out to you as quickly as possible.
- For $195 - We do offer a one time, in-home option. Let us know you are interested in OPTION 2, and a medical provider will collect the blood sample right at the comfort of your home and bring the sample directly to Quest Diagnostics. These results will be emailed to you within 2-3 days. A telehealth visit will be included with the service to answer any further questions you may have.
- For $130 - If you would prefer to visit a Quest Diagnostics clinic and meet with staff on site directly, we can put an order in for you. E-mail us with your best contact number, and we will help schedule your in-lab testing. LX Medical receives the results in 2-3 days after your blood draw, and we will email you an official result letter along with FAQ to help you interpret these results. If you’d like to discuss your results further with an LX Medical Provider, we can set you up with a Telehealth visit for $49.
