Charlie Marvin

Doug Arndt reports that Charlie will undergo surgery on September 1 at Mayo. After a spontaneous suggestion and unanimous agreement that Charlie's attendance record be allowed to remain intact after decades of perfection, the board convened long enough to pass a special proposal to excuse Charlie from attendance during his health crisis without blemish to his record.
