Sarah Qualy, Donor Recruitment Representative for the West Metro, has been with Memorial Blood Centers since 2017. After working with the United Way for some time, Sarah realized that blood was a currency that everyone has and as such, believes that blood donation creates an equitable opportunity for everyone in our community to do some good.

Ixchel McKinnie joined Memorial Blood Centers in 2017 with a focus on new sponsor recruitment. Her days are spent networking and informing and educating people about the process of sponsoring blood drives.  Before and after work, she can be found on or near the Mississippi River, rowing.
