Joint meetings

Wayzata Rotary hosts two joint meetings with the Great Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce: in August for the Night to Unite luncheon; and in March for the annual State of the City address by the mayor.

James J. Hill Days – Annual Charity Motorsports Show

The Car Show Committee and members of Wayzata Rotary put on a fantastic Car Show.  For its annual occurrence, 160+ hot rods, vintage, classic, custom, foreign and specialty cars and motorcycles are displayed to the crowds that attend James J. Hill Days.  The event brings a high level of community and media visibility – and has been covered by the Star Tribune, the Lakeshore Weekly News, WCCO and KARE-11.
 
Chilly Open
 
The “Logistics Team” of Wayzata Rotary Club, aka Mike Lee, Rob Hunt & Jim Houg, plan and execute an outstanding showing at the Chilly Open golf tournament on frozen Wayzata Bay each February.
