What Do We Do in Rotary?
 

Our club meets for lunch on Wednesdays from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Wayzata City Hall Community Room. Weekly speakers include prominent business owners, authors and community leaders. 

In addition to our weekly meetings, we are involved in a number of local and international service projects, including: 

  • Music by the Lake, a 6-week summer concert series raising money for the Wayzata Rotary Charitable Foundation 501(c)3 which provides grants to local community organizations 
  • Management of the Wayzata Memorial Education Foundation 501(c)3 which provides scholarships to Wayzata High School seniors
  • Quarterly volunteer events at local organizations such as Interfaith Outreach Community Partners (IOCP)
  • Partnerships with area clubs to raise money for international service projects; past projects include supporting clean water initiatives in Honduras and preventive medical services and supplies in India
