Hammer Residences, together with Northeast Residences (NER), are one of the largest nonprofit residential service providers in Minnesota. The organization provides homes and apartments, support services, case coordination and care management, and travel services.
Hope Chest for Breast Cancer - $1,000
Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation, a Minnesota based 501(c)(3), has been a source of hope for local breast cancer patients and their families since 2001. They strive to alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with treatment. The organization operates the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Resale Shop in Orono.
Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) - $1,000
IOCP provide services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and child care resources to those residing in their service area.
Park Nicollet Foundation - $1,500
Park Nicollet Foundation funds programs and offer volunteer experiences that create safe, caring environments throughout Park Nicollet where patients can receive enriched, healing care. The grant will directly support Park Nicollet's Growing through Grief program which strives to improve access to grief programs for children.

TB1 Fund, Inc. - $1,000
TB1Fund's mission is to brighten days for patients and families at M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital. Their primary goal is to help patients focus on recovery by providing items and experiences that not only distract and engage them, but also encourage recovery, be it mental, physical or emotional.
Wayzata Sailing - $1,000
Wayzata Sailing provides opportunities in STEM programming and sailing courses. The organization prioritizes access, equity, and inclusion alongside core safety and instruction principles. The grant will provide scholarships to sailing camps.
