A number of Sunrise members braved an early morning to join with other Rotarians and organizations to plant trees in the Bose foothills. Rotary International asks that each year the 1.2 million Rotarians join in the tree planting challenge. This is part of the effort!

After planting the trees in April, Sunrise members have joined with members from other Rotary clubs in the Boise area to water the trees through out the summer months. Members watered to little plants, removed thistle and cleared other vegetation from around the new plants the help ensure they could grow.
This watering efforts will continue through the end of September.
