John Biggs Tells Us About Obscure National Parks

Last year, John Biggs and his wife Linda completed the task of visiting all 50 national parks in the lower 48. There were a few of them that were "obscure" and hard to get to. If fact, they wondered why they were national parks at all. Turns out, many of them had stories of politics, economic development and pure mystery.
