Shari Storm has been a Rotarian for over a decade and the Program Chair for her club(Rotary Club of Emerald City) for seven years.  She is a professional public speaker and a management consultant from Seattle.  She will speak on how anyone can be a better manager and Rotary leader by using the skills we use to build strong families.  She has presented to over 150 clubs across the country, at three district conferences and a President Elect Training.  Her presentation, "How To Work Together When You Can't Be Together" addresses the challenges of social distancing and the stressors it creates on working relationships.  We will learn a few tips to use to ensure we interact with our co-workers, club members or anyone else with grace and empathy.  Small changes in the way we communicate can have a long lasting impact on the connection we have with those we value the most.
