It's hard to find a Boisean who hasn't enjoyed Julia Davis Park, the oldest park in Boise and one of the riverside parks in the "Ribbon of Jewels" that are named for prominent local women. Not only is Julia Davis Park the cultural and historical heart of the city, but its nearly 90 acres are also home to special venues, including Zoo Boise, Boise Art Museum, Idaho State Historical Museum, Discovery Center of Idaho and Idaho Black History Museum. And as of June 2017, it is also home to the Rotary Grand Plaza located on the road between the rose garden and Zoo Boise.

Jion us to listen to Diane Davis Myklegard, granddaughter of Tom and Julia Davis, talk about this iconic Boise treasure.
