Food Drive Redux at Fred Meyer!

Earlier this year, we held a food drive for St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho — and our results were a little underwhelming. Our 15 volunteers collected 296 pounds of food, $189 in cash and gift card donations to restock the organization's food pantries. The value of donated goods and volunteer time exceeded $1.600, and we hope to meet or exceed that number in a follow-upevent in November!

So plan to do your grocery shopping at Fred Meyer that Saturday and to make a generous contribution of food or cash to this worthy cause. Rotarians will be outside the two entrances from 9 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m. that day collecting contributions.
