Liberty Thompson, JEMfriends

Liberty Thompson is the founder and executive director of JEMfriends. JEMfriends provides community support and hope to youth (ages 18-24) who have aged out of foster care or are at risk of becoming homeless. This organization supports them by providing housing, teaching life skills, providing transportation and doing activities in the community. Liberty will be sharing with us what adversities youth face as they leave foster care and how JEMfriends has brought a solution to these young people through its transitional program.
