Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the grand opening ceremony of the Mi’kmaq Inspired Gathering Garden in Oakdene Park.
This beautiful new space was created for reconciliation, reflection, healing, and connection — with the land and with one another. The garden honours Mi’kmaq traditions and wisdom, and welcomes all to walk this shared path with care and respect.
We’re grateful to those who shared words, ceremony, and presence today.
