Rural Urban Dinner: Celebrating Agriculture in the Annapolis Valley!
Location: Canning Lions Hall
5:30 pm with a 6:00 pm start of meal.
Guest Speaker: Sylvain Charlebois, a nationally recognized speaker and food policy influencer.
Sylvain writes a blog for Canadian Grocer magazine called "The Food Professor" and is a co-host of the podcast titled "The Food Professor". Sylvain is also the director of the Agri-food Analytics lab at Dalhousie University. Since December 2010 he has been the lead author of Canada's Food Price Report. He is known for his unique views on supply management.
