DANCE! Thank you to Deborah Jones from the SETX Linesteppers for visiting our club. When we get a visit from the linesteppers we have to get in line and get to stepping. After a wonderful presentation several Rotarians took to the dance floor for a short rendition of "The Wobble".
We often ask "IS IT FUN?" let me say that dancing is fun. Dancing is also a spectator sport so watching others dance can also be fun, specially when the dancing is not good. As your President it was my pleasure to bring you a bit of joy by showing off my two left feet. Really, I did not want to show off and make the ladies look bad :) So I had to hold back. Just kidding.
Rotarians Natalie Picazo, Judith Smith and Cayla Morris were present to receive their name badge and we had several visitors. Thank you to all the Rotarians who have brought their copies of Rotary magazine which we provide to our first time guests. We hope these guests go home and learn about Rotary and maybe get motivated to join us one day.
