The mission of the Employee Health Services Center is to partner with eligible health plan participants and empower them throught health education, preventive health care, and their active participation in making healthier lifestyle choices that result in improved health, well-being, productivity and quality of life.

City Employees, Retirees and their dependents

Cost of Services
Currently, clinical services are offered to elibible health plan participants without co-pay.

Services Offered
Diagnosis and treatment of acute/minor illnesses such as sore
throats, head aches, ear aches, coughs, minor cuts/bruises, pink-eye, flu-liike symptoms, superficial wounds and minor skin infectins, etc.

Laboratory testing, rapid testing for flu, strep throat, etc.

Chronic disease screening diabetes, cholesterol, hypertensain and referrals.
Annual routine physicals.

Child and adult immunizations

Flu shots

Well-woman exam

Men's health screens

Health Educaiton and promotion

Prescriptions to outside pharmacis

8:30 AM - 12:00 Noon and 1:00pm - 4:30 PM
Evenings and Weekend Hours to be announced.
