He began his career as a junior newspaper carrier when
he was 12 years old and has worked in the newspaper
business ever since, except for a couple of short periods
selling insurance and real estate.
He told us about some of the unusual calls from readers
that he gets as publisher.
He and his wife Cathy have two young children. They have
three older children from earlier marriages.
He was sponsored in Rotary by Ursula Lefkowitz. He had
been a member of another Rotary club before coming to
