This week's speaker

told us about SMORE for Women (Spiritual Ministry Offering Retreats & Encouragement).  A former single mother of three for sixteen years before she married Sam in 1996, she know the struggle, the heartaches and the day to day difficulties of being single and head of a household.

She has establised a program of day-long retreats for single mothers with such themes as personality predicaments, money matters, bonding and boundaries, family fun, job jump starts, dating do's, nutrition and manners matter and grieving a loss.
