was this week's speaker, telling us about the activities of SETAC. Founded 16 years ago SETAC supports the arts and humanities in Southeast Texas, covering Harding, Jefferson and Orange counties. It is funded through the hotel revenue tax, corporate and private conations and other grants and gifts.
