This week Bobby Martin, our RYLA chairman, introduced Jared Bell, a junior at Memorial High School and Jacob Bearden, a junior at Sabine Pass High Schoo, our RYLA stuents. Jared and Jacob shared some of their experiences at RYLA with us.
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) is a youth leadership confernce designed to teach team building skills. This year over 200 high school juniors from schools in Rotary District 5910 took part in the 3 day event. Bobby Martin suggests that next year we sponsor more than 2 students.
